Participation: The twinning project of cities “Europeanism and Euroescepticism: seen from the municipalism” has allowed the meeting of 57 citizens, of which 9 came from the Comune di Castelmola (Italy), 8 from Social Welfare Centre of Central Macedonia (Greece), 9 from Municipality of Tar Község Önkormányzata (Hungary), 8 from Vecpiebalgas Novada Pasvaldiba (Latvia) , 8 from the Municipality of Safi Local Council (Malta) and 15 citizens from Rodeiro (Spain).

Day 1 – 10/12/2018. Dedicated to the arrival of foreign delegations, accommodation of the participants, presentation of the groups and welcome.

Welcome and accommodation of the participants.
21:00 Welcome dinner.
Day 2 – 11/12/2018. Dedicated to presentation of the municipality and the program « Europe for Citizens », workshop, brief tour.
Morning: Presentation of the municipality and the program “Europe for Citizens”.
Workshop : Basic concepts of euroscepticism, europeanism and the history of EU.
Lunch.
Brief tour of cultural and historical sites of the Municipality of Rodeiro.
Dinner and accommodation.
Day 3 – 12/12/2018. Dedicated to meeting, Parliament, debate and visit to cultural sites of Santiago de Compostela.
Morning: Meeting and debate with the General Director of Youth, Participation and Volunteering of the Directorate of Galicia on «The EVS changed my life ». Real testimonies.
Guided tour of the Parliament of Galicia : meeting with politicians. Debate on participation, youth policies and democracy of the technological era.
Lunch.
Afternoon: Visit to Santiago de Compostela : heritage city of the UNESCO.
Dinner and accommodation.
Day 4 – 13/12/2018. Dedicated to a visit to Santa Comba, workshop on promtion of participation and visit to Ézaro Waterfall and Fininisterre.
Morning: Transfer to the Municipality of Santa Comba. Meeting with political leaders.
Workshop on the solutions and instruments used to promote participation.
Lunch.
Afternoon: Visit to Ézaro Waterfall and Finisterrae.
Dinner and accommodation.
Day 5 – 14/12/2018. Dedicated to Pontevedra, meeting with Patronato Rias Baixas, workshop, and sign of the Twinning.
Morning: Visit to Pontevedra. Meeting with Patronato Rias Baixas.
Workshop : « Social inclusion and participation on the democratic process »
Lunch.
Afternoon: Reading of the Brotherhood Oath and sign of the Twinning. Execution of the European anthem. Exchange of typical gifts among the delegations.
Appetizer and exchange of experiences.
Dinner and accommodation.
Day 6- 15/12/2018. Dedicated to brainstorming, conclusions, satisfaction test and future collaborations.
Morning: Brainstorming « Intercultural dialogue through the use of social networks » .
Delivery of satisfaction test.
Lunch.
Afternoon : Conclusions in groups of the days held.
Networking about future collaborations for common activities.
Dinner and accommodation.
Day 7– 16/12/2018. Dedicated to reflect on the project and experience. Farewell and transfer to the airport of the participants.
